[Paper] The 47th SCI paper_JCRS "Trans-PRK in low diopter"

EYEREUM EYE CLINIC records a unique achievement which is "47 SCI paper publications".

Trans-PRK surgery has been scientifically proven safe and excellent surgical results even under low diopter

and the research paper ofEYEREUM EYE CLINIC has been listed in the SCI journal JCRS (Journal of Cataract & Refractive Surgery).

According to the research paper of the EYEREUM EYE CLINIC doctors of the SCI journals listed in February 2019,

the result of the data that analyzed 6 months after the Trans-PRK using Amari-thread laser in low diopter myopia

when we operated the optic part as wide as 7mm, the total high order aberration, especially coma

was reduced and the spherical aberration was also decreased.

High order aberration is a factor that causes optical side effects such as night light bleeding, low contrast sensitivity, and irregular astigmatism.

Due to this fact, to increase the quality of vision, high-order aberration should be suppressed after surgery.

Unlike existing conventional wisdom, we have scientifically proved it is safe even in low-pressure LASIK surgery

because the Trans-PRK using Amaris 1050RS SPT it can be operated according to different epithelium thickness.
